Most of our posts here on TheRayandTheRo are usually just women’s fashion content and so today I decided to change sides.
To me, there is nothing than a well dressed guy, and whether he wants to go from clean prep to rough around the edges, here are some of my favorite looks and designers who know a thing or two about looking good… realll good.

Dressing, with attitude. In honor of recent literary heroine and on-screen star Lisbeth Salander (The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo), I wanted to put together a punk-inspired, rebellious and confident look for the spring season. While some girls chose to dress up as their favorite Sex and The City characters, I got swept up in the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo frenzy and admittedly rocked motorcycle boots & a hoodie to the cinema to pay homage to my favorite star of the moment. I’ve always been a sucker for uber-strong women on screen- Kill Bill’s Beatrix Kiddo, Hillary Swank in Million Dollar Baby, and now Lisbeth Salander. Fashion’s always got time for a little punk-inspiration (F/W Balmain, Balenciaga, Gaultier, Burberry). And while the Sass & Bide top doesn’t scream “punk”, it still says I’m dressing with an attitude & I’m unexpectedly fierce.
Here are some punk inspired staples:
1. A good hoodie. H&M Hoodie X Girl with The Dragon Tattoo (worn best under a leather jacket)
2. Motorcycle Boots. Maison Margiela Boots, Barney’s

Ms. Bosworth is a consistent TRTR fav, and she certainly didn’t disappoint last night at the Chateau Marmont Mulberry Party.
Wearing a dark green shift dress from the Mulberry SS12 collection, she joined Louise Roe, Harley Viera Newton, Gia Coppola, Jaime King, and Emma Hill for a pool party, crab cakes, and music by Lana Del Rey.
Sounds like we need to become famous ASAP!

Don’t want to admit that Summer is coming to an end? I know how you feel, but you just need to just face the facts that school is starting soon. Now, I know there are A LOT of negatives to the upcoming season (the cold, homework, waking up early) but hopefully finding new outfits will help you stay positive. Personally, I get very inspired for my Fall wardrobe! Finding that perfect boot, that great fitted jean, a good hardy bag always puts a smile on my face.

I think we are all waiting in line for this one, but the Missoni x Target collection is coming next month, and it is hard not to want EVERYTHING. I personally have my eye on the home pieces more than the apparel. I really want that bed throwover! SO CUTE!

Chiffon dresses/skirts, scarves, feathers, the fine line between gothic and bohemian pretty much sums up this music legend. Her songs give me chills and her outfits make me melt and I’m still buzzing from seeing Stevie playing a private show at this club called Bardot this past Monday night….
I love everything about this Fleetwood Mac beauty and her style will always inspire me.
